Bad Bunny stepped out as an aged version of himself at the 2026 Met Gala on Monday night.

The Grammy winner turned heads when he posed for photos on the carpet in an all-black tuxedo from Zara, a cane and prosthetics.

"I always try to do something different," Bad Bunny told Vogue on the carpet. "This day of the Met is the perfect day to explore and be creative and express yourself in a different way. So that's what I'm doing tonight."

According to Vogue, Bad Bunny's prosthetics were applied by makeup artist Mike Marino.

The outlet noted that the singer's aged look is in conversation with the types of bodies presented in the Costume Institute's 2026 exhibition, Costume Art.

"Perhaps reflecting our fear of having to face our own mortality, the youth-oriented fashion industry has traditionally ignored the aged body," a text in the exhibition catalog reads, according to Vogue.

When asked how long it took him to get ready for the evening, Bad Bunny joked, "Fifty-three years. It took a little bit, but it's worth it -- I hope it looked good. Do I look good?"
