Before the world was introduced to Darren Criss when he played Blaine on the hit musical sitcom "Glee," he was known for playing Harry Potter in the viral sensation "A Very Potter Musical" and his musical theater company, StarKid Productions.

But, once he adorned the tailored uniform a decade ago and became a Dalton Academy Warbler, Criss' career took off.

Now, the 33-year-old is paying homage to the series that gave him his big break by celebrating the anniversary of his first appearance on "Glee."

A then-23-year-old Criss tweeted in 2010, "Hey Gleeks, like it or not, I'll start showing up on your favorite show on November 9th- so save the date, and I hope I don't disappoint!"

The Emmy Award-winner never lost track of that little announcement and, on Monday, he retweeted it to let his fans know that he hasn't forgotten.

"Hey Gleeks, I saved the date," Criss remarked. "It's been 10 years."

Shortly after, he emotionally reminisced about how much his life has changed for the better since Nov. 9, 2010.

"Today marks the 10-year anniversary of my first appearance on Glee as Blaine Anderson in the episode 'Never Been Kissed,'" Criss tweeted.

"No one can deny that GLEE’s world presence catapulted my life to an entirely different level, and gave my career the opportunity to carry on in the way it’s been able to for the past decade," the "American Crime Story" star furthered in a follow-up tweet. "And it all happened through a literal song and dance that I could not be more proud of."

Criss concluded by extending a heartfelt thank you to fans for "allowing Blaine into your life."

"Glee" ran for six seasons on Fox, running from 2009 to 2015.
