Will Ferrell Nails NBA Cheerleader in Face With Basketball

— -- Will Ferrell is the king of physical comedy and he proved it once again as he decided to take out all his aggression on an NBA cheerleader.

During Wednesday night's Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Pelicans game, Ferrell, 47, was filming for a movie and threw a basketball at a cheerleader's head -- and it went right in her face!

Luckily, someone took a Vine of the act and we have it for your viewing pleasure.

Mike Trudell, a Lakers reporter, said the scene is a failed mid-court shot.

The comedic genius was filming for a new movie "Daddy’s Home."
