— -- George Clooney says married life has completely changed his life.

“That’s right, I’m a married man now,” the Oscar winner said on “Good Morning America” today. “Everything’s different now. Actually it is. I was going to make a joke but it is actually.”

George and Amal Clooney were married in Italy last September and it seems the actor is still enjoying wedded bliss.

“I couldn’t be happier,” he added. “We’re having a really fun time. We’re working on fixing up a house in England that we’ll be spending a lot of time in just outside of London. And we’ve been sort of traveling the world. We’re on our way to Shanghai.”

The happy couple’s plan to not spend more than a week apart has admittedly been difficult however, “because she actually has a day job,” Clooney quipped. “She has to like, get people out of jail.”

Clooney has been quite busy himself gearing up for his new film, “Tomorrowland,” in which he plays a brilliant inventor on an epic adventure to save the planet, to hit theaters on May 22.

“This is the first time I’ve done a film where the premier was mostly children,” the actor said.

“Tomorrowland” is produced by Disney, which is the parent company of ABC News.
