The supermodel shared a video of herself and her two children singing "Count On Me" by Bruno Mars, along with a caption asking her followers to tag her in their own uplifting posts.

Bündchen explained that she's hoping she and her fans "can inspire one another" during what has been "a very tough time."

"Around here, we are singing and sending good energy to all. What about you guys at home? What are you all doing?" she wrote. "Please tag me in your posts so I can share on my insta stories. That way we can inspire one another! Sending love and light to everyone! #stayhome #hereandnow"

Bündchen, 39, has a 10-year-old son, Benjamin, and a 7-year-old daughter, Vivian, with her husband, NFL quarterback Tom Brady, 42.

Last week, she penned a thank you note to the city of Boston in wake of the news that Brady was leaving the New England Patriots. He has since signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

"Boston has been so good to us and will always be in our hearts," she wrote. "We will forever have wonderful memories. Our kids were born and raised there and we have made special friendships to last a lifetime."
