Hannah Brown's season of "The Bachelorette" kicked off this week with a dramatic episode.

The star of the show's 15th season appeared on "Good Morning America" on Thursday to chat about the drama that transpired and what we can expect from her journey for love with the 22 remaining men.

"It was a surreal moment,” Brown, 24, said about seeing herself in the premiere.

“I just feel really blessed, but it took me right back to that night," she added. "It was so fun. We had a few little problems but I took care of them. Ultimately it was the best night and really jump-started my journey.”

In just the first episode, Brown got rid of a contestant, Scott, because she discovered he had a girlfriend.

"I was disappointed because there are men there that were truly there for me and I didn't get the time to talk to them," she said. "But it was empowering to be able to show right off the bat what I'm going to deal with and what I'm not going to. I think it really sent a message to all the men."

Brown competed on the most recent season of "The Bachelor" for Colton Underwood's heart but was sent home on week 7.

One moment from his season that generated major buzz was his dramatic fence jump for love, and Brown says viewers can expect just as much drama in her season.

"My whole season is a bunch of fence jump moments," she said. "There's a bunch of ups and downs -- but really blessed for the opportunity and I really grew a lot through it."
