Kate is a huge fan of the museum and actually regularly brings Prince George to enjoy the exhibits. She shared with guests tonight that George loves the dinosaurs and the 3D sculptures at the museum. George, who turns 3 later this month, was also photographed at the museum with his parents enjoying the butterfly exhibit as he was just learning to walk in June 2014.

This photo dated Wednesday July 2, 2014, was taken to mark Prince George's first birthday and shows the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the prince during a visit to the Sensational Butterflies exhibition at the Natural History Museum, London.

Kate wore a stunning white cream Barbara Casasola tea-length dress with vampy stiletto peach sandals. The daring off-the-shoulder dress by the Brazilian designer was thought to be a nod to the upcoming Olympics in Rio. Kate has been criticized lately by fashionistas for her safe style choices but this selection -- along with the royal blue Roland Mouret gown she wore June 9 and Roksanda Ilincic dress she wore for the Queen's Patron Lunch -- have all drawn praise.

Kate presented the £100,000 (roughly $130,000) Art Fund award to the Victoria and Albert Museum for its innovation and creativity.
