Katy Perry recently showed off the thoughtful gift Taylor Swift sent for her newborn, Daisy Dove Bloom.

Perry, who welcomed her first daughter with her fiancé, actor Orlando Bloom, last month, posted a photo of the pink silk blanket, embroidered with "Baby Bloom," that the pop star gave her.

Swift also included a handwritten note with her present.

"Miss 🌼🕊 adores her hand embroidered blankie from miss @taylorswift," Perry wrote in a social media post. "Hope it’s one she drags around for years till it becomes an unrecognizable shred that she keeps in her pocket as a teenager 🥺♥️"

Perry also gave a shout-out to Swift's eighth studio album in the post, tagging the location as "Stream Folklore."

The singers have a somewhat complicated history. There was speculation the two were involved in a feud for several years, but they appeared to have reconciled in 2019 when Perry appeared in Swift's "You Need to Calm Down" music video.

During an appearance on Sirius XM's "The Howard Stern Show" in July, Perry spoke about their reconciliation.

"Gossip and lies, they take the elevator, but truth takes the stairs," Perry said. "What I'm so grateful for is we did get to make up publicly and got to be an example of redemption for young girls."

"It's hard for young girls, growing up [with] cliques and high school and pettiness and all that stuff," she added. "So now we're super friendly and I've always wanted the best for her and we can talk about the best we want for each other."
