— -- Kelly Ripa subscribes to the philosophy of more is better, especially when it comes keeping her marriage to Mark Consuelos hot.

The "Live! with Kelly and Michael" host recently divulged her steamy secret to "Watch What Happens Live" host Andy Cohen, even if it wasn't meant for broadcast.

When she visited the show Monday, Cohen divulged, "I heard you say recently that you must have sex as much as possible to keep the relationship going."

"I believe I said that to you," Ripa scolded.

But she later went on to elaborate, "I fundamentally believe that the more you do it, the more you do it. The less you do it, the less you do it."

True or not, Ripa, 44, must be doing something right.

The couple, who met as co-stars on "All My Children," have been married nearly 20 years and have three children.

Ripa recently told David Letterman about accidentally sending her in-laws a racy selfie meant for Consuelos, 43.

"I sent him a cute, adorable butt selfie in my underpants," she explained. "It's the only time I've ever sent a semi-nude anything, ever!"

Because of a snafu with the iCloud, however, Consuelos' parents, to whom she and her husband had given an iPad, intercepted the image. In response, they sent Ripa, 43, a sweet note congratulating her on her figure.
