Kelly Ripa posts sweet birthday tribute to her mother, shares photos of 3 generations of Ripa women
Kelly Ripa paid tribute to her mother Esther earlier this week as the woman who raised the talk show host celebrated her birthday.
"Happy birthday mom! Even though you don’t have Instagram, this public declaration makes it possible for other people to tell you how much i love you!" Ripa wrote.
In the post, Ripa shared several pics, including childhood photos of her mom and one special snap at the end that shows Ripa, her mother and Ripa's daughter Lola -- three generations of Ripa women.
There were also really sweet pics from Esther's wedding to Ripa's father Joseph.
More than 100,000 fans liked the sweet tribute.
"Thank goodness for Mrs. Ripa," wrote "World News" anchor David Muir.
Ripa's husband Mark Consuelos shared heart emojis, while his on-screen wife in "Riverdale," Marisol Nichols, added, "Your moms beautiful."
This post comes days after one she shared of Mark and her two sons, Michael and Joaquin, generated some buzz for how much they look like their father.
The family is definitely blessed all around.
