Lili Reinhart comes out as bisexual in post about a Black Lives Matter protest

"Riverdale" star Lili Reinhart came out as bisexual in a post encouraging her followers to protest in the wake of George Floyd's killing last month.

The 23-year-old actress, who plays Betty Cooper on the popular CW series, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share news of an LGBTQ+ protest in West Hollywood to support the Black Lives Matter movement.

"Although I've never announced it publicly before, I am a proud bisexual woman," she wrote. "And I will be joining this protest today. Come join."

The "Hustlers" star also took part in the social media blackout Tuesday. She posted an all-black square to her Instagram as a response to Floyd's tragic death and the deaths of "countless other Black citizens at the hands of police."
