Lindsay Lohan announces engagement to Bader Shammas
Lindsay Lohan is getting married.
The "Mean Girls" alum, 35, announced Sunday that she's engaged to her boyfriend, Bader Shammas.
Lohan shared a carousel of pictures to Instagram of them grinning from ear to ear -- and showing off the sparkler on her ring finger. "My love. My life. My family. My future. @bader.shammas #love 💍," she wrote in the post.
Lindsay's mother, Dina Lohan, also expressed her excitement. "My heart is full #engaged #newbeginnings," she wrote on an Instagram post overtop a snapshot of the couple.
"My heart is whole," Dina told Entertainment Tonight. "For a mother, there is nothing more important than to see your children happy and loved. Her beautiful new journey begins. Love and light."
The "Rumors" singer first posted about Shammas in a since-deleted Instagram post, in which she called him her boyfriend, from February 2020.
This is Lohan's second engagement, having previously been engaged to Egor Tarabasov.
