The "Modern Family" actor revealed the exciting news on Sunday, sharing three photos with his fiancée, Lindsay Schweitzer, showing off her ring.
Stonestreet joked in the caption of his post, "She said, 'She’d have her people call my people.'”
The actor and Schweitzer, a pediatric nurse, began dating after meeting at an event in 2016, according to People magazine.
Stonestreet's post was flooded with well-wishes and congratulatory remarks from many of his "Modern Family" co-stars and friends.
