 -- From haircuts to hats, some celebrities revealed shocking looks on the Oscars red carpet.

Here are the top surprising moments:

1. Faith Hill's haircut.

Faith Hill looked incredible -- but almost unrecognizable -- as she debuted a super-short pixie cut tonight. Hill was joined on the carpet by husband Tim McGraw, who will be performing during the ceremony.

2. Zoe Saldana's post-baby bump.

Zoe Saldana made a statement on the carpet as the new mother of twins showed off her shrinking bump in a romantic blush tone Atelier Versace gown. Saldana chose the perfect dress to compliment her changing figure. The Versace gown with its plunging neckline, showed off Saldana’s new curves, crisscrossing on her mid-section to hide a lingering bump. The "Guardians of the Galaxy" star welcomed twin boys with husband Marco Perego in December.

3. J.K. Simmons' hat.

Nominee J.K. Simmons arrived on the carpet in a strange-looking hat. He may be a favorite for Best Supporting Actor, but how long until someone makes a parody Twitter account for the ill-fitting headpiece?

4. J-Lo and Luciana Duvall are matching!

Wait. Are Jennifer Lopez and Robert Duvall's wife, Luciana Pedraza, wearing the same gown? J-Lo stunned in a flesh-toned Elie Saab ball gown, but it looked very similar to Pedraza's bubble gum pink sparkling ball gown. So, who wore it best?

5. Eddie Redmayne vs. Ansel Elgort

Oscar nominee Eddie Redmayne and actor Ansel Elgort definitely had the same idea when it came to dressing for the Oscar red carpet. Both guys wore a navy blue tuxedo, with their blazer highlighted by black lapel detailing. The matching continued when both celebs chose bow ties to complement their look.
