— -- It has been nearly seven months since more than 2 million "Power" fans saw its season two finale.

In case you forgot: James St. Patrick is a wealthy nightclub owner in New York City, but he lives a double-life as an underground drug lord known as Ghost.

In the season two finale, (Warning! Spoilers ahead!) Ghost squared off with Kanan, played by 50 Cent, who is also the show's executive producer. Ghost and his best friend, Tommy Egan, are on the rocks after Tommy discovered Ghost tried to send his girlfriend away.

And Ghost, who's trying to leave the drug world for good and live an upright life, kills his associates in order to be with his longtime love, Angela Valdez, who is also an assistant United States attorney assigned to investigate his drug organization. Of course!

Omari Hardwick, who plays Ghost, and Joseph Sikora, who portrays Tommy, invited ABC News to the set of "Power" at Steiner Studios in Brooklyn on the very last week of season three's filming. As the cast were cleaning out their dressing rooms and learning the last of their lines, the two spoke about what viewers can expect when season three premieres this summer.

"Tommy and Ghost are on the outs," Sikora told ABC News about the two characters, who are like brothers. "However, Ghost's manipulation; it's really brought Tommy to his wits’ end of trying to get his brother back into the game, back into what they signed up for and back to what they promised.

"We're going to see if Ghost has any change of heart, if he sticks to his plan of getting out of the game and how he does that, because change is hard for everybody," he added.

Meanwhile, Hardwick said that if you thought his character's love triangle with his wife, Tasha St. Patrick, played by Naturi Naughton, and Angela, portrayed by Lela Loren, was over, not so fast. The actor blames Ghost for all of the back and forth.

"[Angela is] not a normal mistress in terms of that triangular love thing," Harwick, 42, explained. "This is a woman -- at 15 years of age, if not younger -- was this man's heart and he's never figured out how to stop following it.

"There's a part of him that truly loves this woman and has a truly selfish quest for her in ways that I don't even find Ghost to be as selfish," the actor added, referring to his character's alter ego. "I find Jamie to be more selfish because he knows it's about the quest and it’s not necessarily about the heart. He just wants to dominate."

Sikora, 39, said season three will be full of other plot surprises, too.

"A lot of people aren't who they seem. Even people that we've known for seasons now are not the same people we thought they were," he teased. "There are moles in place; not only in the streets but also in the federal world of Angela Valdez. Things are going to get hot, heavy and consistently dangerous."

To put it bluntly, Hardwick said, expect "more murder because [Ghost is] in the epicenter of the drug world."
