The "Property Brothers" family just got a little bit bigger.

Drew Scott and wife Linda Phan have welcomed their first child, a son, announcing the news Wednesday in their podcast, "At Home," and with a sweet post on social media.

According to the couple, Parker James Scott was born May 12, on their fourth wedding anniversary.

"Our lives are forever changed," the HGTV star wrote on Instagram alongside a carousel of images, including a black and white snap of the baby's hand wrapped around his parents' fingers. "Welcome to the world Parker James."

Scott, 44, and Phan, 37, also shared the news on their podcast, describing how they felt as new parents.

"Other than pooped, I feel great," Phan said. "Very happy that he's finally here. I'm still in awe and in disbelief."

Scott said that fatherhood had been "amazing" so far, adding, "It's this immediate love and this feeling of you need to do everything you can to make them feel safe and make them feel loved."

The couple first announced Phan's pregnancy in December, with Scott posting a picture of the two on Instagram alongside the caption, "guess we’re doing weekly bathroom selfies now."

"It has been an adventure to get here! We know we’re not alone in this experience and that everyone’s is filled with unique challenges along the way," he added. "...We hope as we grow through this, that even one of you reading this can also feel a little less lonely in whatever path you’re on!"

Scott and Phan have been open in the past about their fertility issues, detailing their two-year struggle to conceive in a March essay for the Scott brothers' Reveal Magazine.

"We know we’re not alone in having experienced fertility challenges. Our hope is that by sharing just a sliver of our journey, someone out there is reminded that they’re not alone in it either," the couple wrote at the time.
