Reese Witherspoon twins with daughter Ava in matching Christmas sweaters
Reese Witherspoon says she had to get a little crafty when snapping her most recent holiday photo with daughter Ava Phillippe.
The two, who have gone viral several times for their uncanny resemblance, twinned in festive holiday sweaters on Monday.
The mother-daughter duo, who are clutching matching snowflake mugs with little candy canes sticking out of them for the photo, stand side by side to show off their matching red and white holiday outfits.
As it turns out, the adorable moment almost didn't happen because Witherspoon, 44, confessed she had to twist 21-year-old Phillippe's arm a little.
"Ok. It’s [100 percent] true that I had to beg her to wear a matching holiday sweater... but isn't it CUTE??!!" she captioned the sweet photo and also included the hashtags "#humorme" and "#itsamomthing."
Witherspoon's famous friends were delighted that "The Morning Show" actress was able to finagle a holiday photo, with Jennifer Garner praising, "Worth it."
"Come on! Twins!!!! Beautiful ladies love love love," Drew Barrymore gushed, while Padma Lakshmi affirmed that the photo has her "seeing double!"
Meanwhile, Phillippe seemed to be pretty happy her mom roped her into helping out with her latest holiday promotion, sweetly commenting, "hehe love you."
