Selma Blair is open about the good and bad moments of living with multiple sclerosis (MS).

The actress, who was diagnosed with the chronic disease in August 2018, recently shared a moment with her famous friend Pink relating to her "startle reflex."

"This picture was taken after the most dramatic stop drop and roll maneuver performed by yours truly," she wrote alongside a snap with the singer. "I was so startled to see @pink come up behind me (at her house, mind you) that my overactive startle reflex kicked in and I went flying."

"This happens to me. My kid thinks it is hysterical," she added.

Blair also revealed she has hyperekplexia, a neurological disorder that causes "an excessive startle reaction (eye blinking or body spasms) to sudden unexpected noise, movement, or touch," according to the National Organization for Rare Disorders.

"We had a good laugh too. My favorite. Fall, tackle , hug, laugh, repeat. Take a picture. #heaven," she wrote. "My inspiration for joy every day @pink I love you so much. #nobodydoesitbetter."

"Thank you for loving life to the fullest," she added. "We cried. Best drop and roll around partner ever. I love you sister soul."

Blair posted just last month about her appreciation for Pink's music, alongside a photo of herself with Sarah Michelle Gellar, when the pair attended the singer's concert in 2018.

"I am so in admiration of this person," she wrote about Pink. "Everything she embodies. The voice. The songs. The dedication. The fierce love and talent that is #pink and I have been listening to her new (8th studio album) one : #hurts2Bhuman."

"Thank you thank you for giving your gift to us all. And I want a hug. Cause you’re magic," she added.
