Ahead of any backlash she thought may be coming, Pink took to Instagram to pay tribute to her Jewish faith and explain why her kids were running at a Berlin memorial.

"Berlin, I love you. #holocaustmemorial," she wrote, next to a series of pics of the singer and her family in Germany.

She then addressed the opening pic that had her children, Willow and Jameson, running around the Holocaust Memorial.

"For all of the comments; these two children are in actuality Jewish, as am I and the entirety of my mothers family," she wrote. "The very person who constructed this believed in children being children, and to me this is a celebration of life after death. Please keep your hatred and judgment to yourselves."

The post has almost 300,000 likes and comments are positive, fellow celebs stepping up and praising the singer for her honesty and remembrance.

"I love Berlin too. I love that what happened is not being forgotten. I love this celebration of life. I love you," Selma Blair wrote.

A fan added, "The holocoust [sic] memorial in berlin has tons of information about the people and families who died - a memorial where children can learn about the atrocities that took place but please don't imagine for one second that the people who died in that massacre wouldn't want the sound of children's laughter to surround the space outside because it is SO HEAVY inside ... the woman has immense respect and reverence, and a sensible head on her shoulders."

Pink as always been fiercely proud but protective of her children.

Earlier this year, she hit back after she noticed insensitive comments about her son. She clapped back at what she called "negativity that you bring to other people's lives."

"There's something seriously wrong with a lot of you out there," she added.

But when she's not protecting them, she's gushing about the love she has for her two babies.

To celebrate her daughter's eighth birthday, Pink shared several throwback photos of herself with her daughter on Instagram.

"Willow Sage. There are no words for this feeling, this love, this gratitude, this wonder," Pink captioned the photo series.
