What Taylor Kinney Says He Makes Fun of Girlfriend Lady Gaga For Doing

May 9, 2014 — -- Taylor Kinney doesn't talk about his girlfriend Lady Gaga very often, but he did reveal some very funny details to Glamour magazine.

When asked about his time with Gaga visiting his hometown of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Kinney said he had to talk some sense into the pop star.

“We’ll hike together," he said. "I’m always giving her flak, like, ‘Babe, you can’t wear your heels when we’re hiking.’"

He continued, "We’ve been painting a bunch lately too ... There’s a lot of laughing. I think that’s the basis of a healthy relationship. We laugh a lot."

Kinney also addressed rumors that are bound to pop up when you are dating one of the world's biggest music icons.

“I have no desire to talk about rumors. But I think we just complement each other. I’m proud of her, and I’d like to believe she’s proud of me. We’re kindred spirits," he said.

The "Chicago Fire" actor, 32, has been with Gaga since 2011.
