Korean-style pizza, sweet fried dough and rosewater lemonade to enjoy on Oscars Sunday

Chef George Duran joined "GMA" on Saturday to share three Oscar-inspired recipes ahead of Hollywood's big night.

Check out his Korean-style pizza, a Central Asian and Middle Eastern sweet fried dough and rosewater lemonade below.

Korean Style Pizza

Ingredients
1/2 cup kimchi
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 raw pizza dough
1/4 cup pizza sauce
3 tablespoons tomato paste
4 tablespoons gochujang paste, found in the Asian aisle of your supermarket
1 cup pre-cooked pulled meat, like pork, beef or chicken
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup grated mild and nutty cheese, like Jarlsberg or Swiss
Cilantro to serve

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Make kimchi sauce by combining kimchi and mayo in a blender or food processor until smooth. Set aside.
Roll out pizza dough into one large crust or two medium crusts and place on baking sheet.
Whisk pizza sauce with tomato paste and gochujang until combined. Spread throughout the pizza dough.
Top pizza with pulled meats, red onions and cheese.
Bake in oven until brown and bubbly, around 10-12 minutes. Drizzle with kimchi sauce and garnish with cilantro, if desired.

Kazakh Baursak Fried Dough

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1/2 cup warm milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Vegetable oil for frying
Powdered sugar or honey for serving

Directions
Place the first seven ingredients in a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment and mix on medium speed until a ball of dough is formed. Cover dough and let rest for 30 minutes.Once risen, heat your frying oil to 350F or until it begins to shimmer. Use a spoon to remove balls of dough and fry in batches, making sure to turn balls over until they’re golden brown. You may also roll the dough out and cut them into any other shapes or sizes.Sprinkle with powdered sugar or honey and serve immediately.

Rosebud Lemonade

Rosewater and grapefruit lemonade.

Ingredients
3 cups filtered water
1/4 cup agave
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 pink grapefruit
1 tablespoon rose water
Fragrant rose petals for garnish
Ice for serving

Directions
Mix first five ingredients in a pitcher until fully dissolved.
Add more lemon juice or agave to balance the flavor to your liking.
Serve with plenty of ice and garnish with rose petals.
