How to make Dole Whip-inspired dessert at home from 'Delicious Disney' cookbook
As Walt Disney World prepares for its 50th Anniversary Celebration, a new cookbook, "Delicious Disney: Recipes & Stories from the Most Magical Place on Earth," will hit shelves just in time for The World’s Most Magical Celebration.
"GMA" got a taste of a park favorite.
Frozen Pineapple Treat inspired by Dole Whip
Ingredients
1/2-3/4 cups pineapple juice, divided
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup dairy-free vanilla ice cream
Directions
Place 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, frozen pineapple and dairy-free vanilla ice cream in the blender and blend until smooth. Do not overblend.
If the mixture is too thick to blend, add 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice at a time.
Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
