A little boy on a mission to sip the sweet taste of perfectly crafted Shirley Temples has become an internet sensation for his adorable and honest reviews of the pink cherry-flavored drink.

Leo Kelly has dedicated part of his childhood to share honest video reviews of the fizzy, sweet, grenadine-spiked soda on his Instagram account @theshirleytempleking.

"Rating Shirley Temples (non alcoholic duhh) across all sorts of establishments," his Instagram bio reads about the drink traditionally made with ginger ale, a splash of grenadine and garnished with a maraschino cherry.

On Tuesday morning, the Shirley Temple King account, co-run by his mom Lisa Kelly, shared a video on Instagram announcing a bit of an overnight boom in his social media standing.

"When I was at bed last night I had 300 followers which is cool, but when I woke up I got over 4,000 followers. That's just mind blowing," he said with a thank you to all of his followers and fans.

Since then his following has grown to over 147,000 as of Thursday morning.

His first review was at Gurney's Newport Resort in Rhode Island last August, and Kelly has reviewed dozens since.

The 6-year-old from Connecticut reviews everything about Shirley Temples -- from the cup it comes in to the amount of cherries used.

While some mixologists swap out ginger ale for Sprite or 7UP, Kelly has long posted about his preference for the classic ginger ale version.
