Pickle lovers rejoice: The Picklewich returns to Jimmy John's
The viral Picklewich, a briny sandwich that swaps bread for large hollowed out pickles, is returning to the menu at Jimmy John's with more options than ever and a new pickle ranch sauce.
Jimmy John's announced Wednesday that the fan-favorite sandwich, which first hit menus last fall, is coming back "bigger and bolder" and will be available in six varieties for customers to choose from.
The options include Vito and Turkey, which were both previously available, as well as new Ham, Roast Beef, Tuna or Veggie Picklewiches.
Other pickle-packed innovations include the debut of a new Pickle Ranch and the return of Pickle Jimmy Chips.
Customers can order all three with the Triple Pickle Meal.
The Picklewich starts at $7.59, Pickle Ranch starts at 69 cents, and the Pickle Jimmy Chips start at $1.99. Pricing may vary by locations.
Jimmy John's has also teamed up with pickle aficionado Demi Lovato, who stars in a new digital campaign highlighting the Picklewich comeback.
Jimmy John's Rewards members will get early access to the Picklewich during what the company has dubbed "Pickle Freak Weekend" from Oct. 24-26.
