Gymnast Aly Raisman's Eyes-On-Rio Workout Playlist

Olympic Medalist Aly Raisman Visits 'GMA'

— -- Aly Raisman was the most decorated American gymnast at the London Olympics -- with two golds and a bronze -- but still has unfinished business in the sport. On Saturday, she'll compete again in the U.S. for the first time since 2012 at the U.S. Classic, a qualifier to nationals. Her goal? To be on the Rio Olympic squad as well.

In between one of her two-a-day practice sessions, Raisman shared the playlist that keeps her going. "I'm working out seven hours today, so you could say that I need all the help I can get to stay motivated!"
