— -- Last night, "Bachelor" fans watched as Chris Soules eliminated Ashley Iaconetti and Kelsey Poe.

Iaconetti appeared on "Good Morning America" today to discuss her time on the show, while Poe headed to Paris to be a writer.

"I'm blessed with the ability to express myself and use my words," she said at an appearance last night in Grand Rapids, Michigan, according to MLive. "I noticed my blog was starting to have an impact. But if you're going to be a writer, you might as well be a writer in Paris."

Poe made a few enemies during her time on the ABC show, and called it "a rough ride." She also had to deal with critics who slammed her for saying her life story, which involved the death of her husband, was "amazing."

"That wasn't amazing. That was tragic. That still breaks my heart. What's amazing is the love that I had with him. What's amazing is that he helped me become who I am today because of the man that he was and the character he had," she said. "What makes my life amazing is that I picked up the pieces of my shattered life and I put them back together....I still have the capacity in my heart to love again."

Now, she said she's looking ahead to her career change ("my adventure continues"), and hopefully, helping empowering others by sharing what she's gone through.

"It can't all be roses, dress up, hair weaves and fake lashes," she said. "That's humanity."
