Oct. 4, 2010— -- You don't need to break the bank -- just a $10 bill -- to get gorgeous, as long as you know where to look for the best beauty bargains.

Allure executive editor Kristin Perrotta shared with "GMA" some of the cheap thrills featured in the October issue of the magazine. All 31 products are priced under $9 and some as little as a buck. Low-priced but high-quality, each one passed Allure's rigorous testing process and were proclaimed a real deal.

The products are divided into four categories: makeup, body, hair and skin. All 31 could be yours for the cost of a single high-end anti-aging cream.
