Dog Thanks Man in Most Dog-Like Way After Rescue From Texas Floodwaters

— -- A man and a dog in Texas have something to be especially thankful this Thanksgiving weekend.

The two were rescued from floodwaters Friday after fire and police crews responded in McKinney, Texas. The rescue was caught on video.

When the crews arrived, they discovered the man in chest-deep waters with the dog on his shoulders.

With the help of a ladder truck, a firefighter was lowered to where the two were and hoisted them back to safety.

The dog the expressed its gratitude in very dog-like fashion.
