This tropically inspired recipe tops fresh grouper with a tropical salsa made of avocado, oranges, roasted peppers, mango, pineapple and a touch of jalapeno pepper for a kick. With everything in season and a fresh grouper on the line, it's the perfect summertime dish.

quicklist: 2category: Tuna title: Tuna Burgerurl: http://abcnews.com/GMA/recipe?id=7197442text: Everyone loves a burger this time of year, but if the meaty version seems too heavy, give this savory barbequed tuna option a try.

Emeril expertly blends ginger, green onions and soy sauce right into the patties and tops them off with a fresh honey mustard sauce. Dress the burger with cucumbers and sprouts and call the family in for dinner.

quicklist: 3category: Crabtitle: Gulf Coast Crawfish or Crab Boilurl: http://abcnews.com/GMA/recipe?id=7509297text: Off the coast of Destin, Fla., fisherman anchor their boats at a sandbar right in the middle of the ocean called Crab Island. After enjoying all the swimming, snorkeling and football that the island has to offer, Emeril suggests digging into a personal favorite, Gulf Coast crawfish or crab boil.

When making it at his restaurant, Emeril's Gulf Coast Fish House, he sources local oysters, fish, shrimp and crab straight from the docks along with farm fresh vegetables. Even if you can't make it to the coast this summer you can still get a taste of it at home.

Looking for a side dish? Give Emeril's pan-roasted asparagus with shiitake mushrooms and cherry tomatoes a try. They're the perfect pair.media: 14231834caption: related: 13629598~7509297
