The first winning ticket was claimed two days after the winning numbers were drawn on Jan. 13. It belonged to a couple who bought it from Naifeh's Food Mart in small-town Munford, Tennessee. They decided to take the $328 million lump cash payout.

The other winning ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven in Chino Hills, California.

The Powerball lottery ballooned to the historic jackpot after more than 10 weeks without a winner.
