— -- Justin Trudeau wants to make clear that Canada is more than ready for the Invictus Games.

"Oh, hey," the Canadian prime minister begins in a video he posted to Twitter today. "I just thought I’d show our friends in the U.S. and U.K. how Canada brings it."

Trudeau addresses Queen Elizabeth, Prince Harry, and President and Michelle Obama before dropping to the floor and joining members of the Canadian Invictus Games team on the floor in synchronized push-ups.

Then, with one hand planted firmly on the ground, Trudeau says "Boom" and drops a figurative mic as the two former service members next to him drop the actual microphones they’re holding.

Last week, the Obamas engaged in playful yet competitive banter with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Harry, telling the royals in a video to be “careful what you wish for.”

The Windsors had a brilliant response, with a clearly amused queen simply saying, “Oh, really?”

The Invictus Games are an international sporting event founded by Prince Harry for wounded, injured and sick service personnel. This year's Games will be held in Orlando from May 8 to May 12.

ESPN, a sister company of ABC News, will begin its coverage of the Invictus Games May 8 on ESPN2.
