— -- Miley Cyrus is speaking out against Indiana’s controversial Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

The singer used her Instagram page Tuesday to express her anger over the law that critics say could allow business owners in the state to discriminate against members of the LGBT community.

She called the law “unevolved & unjust” and posted a snippet of an article alleging that supporters of the measure have admitted it would allow businesses to refuse service to gay and transgender patrons.

“THE BIBLE SAYS (if that's what we are realllllly basing a 2015 bill on) ‘the way that you judge others will be the way that you will be judged’ Which I hope is just as harshly and unfair as those apart of Indiana's LGBT community!" she wrote. "The fight for freedom isn't over! I won't give up!"

On Tuesday, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence encouraged lawmakers in the state "to move legislation this week that makes it clear that this law does not give businesses the right to discriminate against anyone."

Cyrus has been increasing her activism lately. A couple of weeks ago, she wrote a letter urging New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and state legislative leaders to devote more funding to helping the state’s homeless young people.
