— -- Tuesday night, President Obama delivered his second-to-last State of the Union speech in the House chamber. Out of the 22 guests who joined First Lady Michelle Obama in her viewing box, the president only mentioned three by name - Alan Gross, Rebekah Erler and Scott Kelly. According to the American Presidency Project, Obama spoke for a total of 59 minutes and 57 seconds.
