Kamala Harris, Tim Walz hold 1st campaign rally together

Minnesota Gov.Tim Walz, selected as Kamala Harris's running mate, joined her on stage in Philadelphia before a crowd of thousands. He called it "the honor of a lifetime" and said he's "all in."
