When Charlotte Tilbury talks about her products, you're left with the impression that she's wildly passionate about each one.
We caught up with Tilbury, whose namesake beauty brand was founded in 2013 and is behind some of the world's most viral, sought-after beauty products, before the brand launched its 2026 holiday collection on Tuesday.

Breaking down the holiday collection
The Charlotte Tilbury holiday collection includes multiple makeup, skin care, and fragrance products and sets, starting at less than $40.
Tilbury began by presenting the new Hollywood Flawless Light Tricks Eye Palette, a limited-edition eye shadow collection featuring both shimmer and matte eyeshadows she said differ from typical powder eyeshadows.
"These are very velvety and smoothing," Tilbury said of the matte shades.
She said the shimmer shades are a smooth, sheer topper that you can still wear during the day. "It's like you have this sheer crystal light on your skin," she said, "like a veil."
"They can really exaggerate your eyes," she added, recommending them for people who want a more subtle and wearable glamorous look.

"For me, it's all about all of my favorite iconic heroes, so whether it's my No. 1 lipstick or my No. 1 lip liner or my No. 1 setting spray, how could you gift it to someone with some newness in it?" Tilbury said, speaking to the process behind choosing what was included in the sets.
This leads us to the Charlotte's Hollywood Beauty Wonderland Advent calendar, which features 15 products, each tucked into a charming drawer.
There's also the Pillow Talk Dreams Come True box, a sweet pink velvet box tied with a bow that houses 16 full-size Pillow Talk products, including lipsticks, blushes and mascara. They are thoughtful in design and presentation, an intentional decision for a unique gifting experience.
"I'm taking you to my world where these dreams come true," Tilbury said. "[These gift sets are] easy to choose, easy to use, easy to understand and easy to gift."

If you're gifting to someone who already has a bounty of products, Tilbury suggests gifting the Hollywood Instant Look in a Palette. It is ideal for packing when you're on the go, featuring everything you need for a face and eye look. Each shade in the palette is labeled for its intended use: two cheek blushes, a face powder and bronzer, and three eye shadows.
For the makeup-curious
If you're shopping for someone who wants to elevate their makeup routine, gift something in the shade Pillow Talk, Tilbury said without hesitation, referring to the viral, award-winning nude-pink hue.

"Everyone needs a bit of Hollywood lighting on their face, and this is it in a tube," Tilbury said.

Tilbury also offered advice for keeping makeup sitting well on your skin as we move into the colder months. She said it's all about skin prep, and people need to be removing dead skin before makeup application.
Tilbury recommended her Glow Toner to rejuvenate your skin and the Super Radiance Resurfacing Facial to exfoliate. Complete your routine with serum and moisturizer to plump and smooth the skin.
"It's all about the skin, and especially in the winter when the dry patches, the exhaustion, they grayness, if you don't get that skin care glowing, then the makeup will sit completely differently," she said.
Once your makeup is done, Tilbury said to use her "sandwich hack" to set everything: Top makeup with powder, then setting spray, then a little bit of powder on top again as the spray sets.
Charlotte Tilbury's quick holiday makeup look
We all need a go-to holiday look for when we're short on time. If you're headed from the office to holiday drinks this upcoming season, Tilbury said you can make your makeup feel special by building on a soft daytime look with the Hollywood Flawless Light Tricks Eye Palette.
First, add a shimmery shade (with your finger!) to play with light.
"Done in two seconds," Tilbury said.
Finish with a highlighter wand to bring a bit of glow to the tops of your cheekbones, and swipe on a bit of gloss.
