Friday Favorites: 7 things soccer player Lindsey Horan can't live without

As one of the most decorated players in the history of the United States Women’s National Soccer Team, Lindsey Horan has to keep her emotional and physical health in mind at all times.

"The most important thing is taking time when you need a break," Horan told "Good Morning America."

"Mentally and physically. Even if it’s 30 min per day. Going for a walk, laying on the couch watch your favorite binge show, music, getting a facial, getting a massage, whatever. These things make me still feel like a real person and make me enjoy the little things. They make all of the other stuff easier," she added.

In order to help with her physical health, Horan says she relies on products to help her recover like Normatec Boots, Theragun and Cheribundi tart cherry juice.

Her advice for other women is to make the time no matter what.

"To keep me mentally alert, mentally stable and not fatigued, I need this balance. I need to be able to give everything physically and emotionally but then find the moments to relax and unwind," Horan said.
