The first official trailer for the upcoming film arrived in April.

The film also stars Hunter Schafer, Josh Andrés Rivera and Jason Schwartzman. Francis Lawrence, who directed the last three films in the series, returns to direct \"The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.\"

To celebrate the release of the prequel, \"The Hunger Games\" will also return to theaters for a two-night engagement on Oct. 15 and Oct. 18.
