Oklahoma man makes bail after arrest in Turks and Caicos

Ryan Watson and his wife were arrested in Turks and Caicos after four bullets were found in his carry-on luggage two weeks ago. Charges were dropped against Watson’s wife, who returned to Oklahoma.
