1st look at Lady Gaga's 'Wednesday' character
Here's what you should know about "Wednesday" season 2.

Elsewhere in the trailer, Wednesday finally tells her roommate Enid that she's in danger from Tyler, aka the monstrous Hyde from season 1, who escaped from the mental hospital in the first half of season 2.
The trailer also features showdowns, explosions, dancing and even a little tease of the much-talked-about appearance of Lady Gaga's character, Rosaline.
Unseen in Part 1, Rosaline is described by Netflix as a \"legendary teacher\" at Nevermore. We don't see her in the trailer, but we hear her voice saying, \"Beware. There will be a price to pay.\"
Ahead of the release of Part 1, Catherine Zeta-Jones, who plays Morticia Addams in the hit series, stopped by \"Good Morning America\" to talk about the new season and what it's like working with the \"Wednesday\" family.

\"I am such a lucky person at this point in my career to be able to step into the stilettos -- the black stilettos of Morticia Addams -- and work with such wonderful, genuinely nice people,\" she said at the time.
Zeta-Jones also said that fans would see a more \"vulnerable\" side to Morticia in season 2.
\"You see the real woman behind Morticia... you really get to see the vulnerabilities [and] humor more, [as well as] her love affair with Gomez,\" she said, referring to her onscreen husband, played by Luis Guzmán.
Ortega also stopped by the \"GMA\" studio ahead of the release of Part 1 and said season 2 is \"darker\" and \"bigger\" than season 1.
\"We had a lot more trust from Netflix this time around, and we had such an incredible reaction to the first season that we just wanted to give them something good,\" she said.

Ortega and Zeta-Jones joined the cast of \"Wednesday\" on the purple carpet for the show's season 2 world premiere in London on July 30.
The Emmy Award-winning Netflix series from Alfred Gough, Miles Millar and Tim Burton previously earned a Costume Designers Guild Award for its wardrobe in 2022, so it was no surprise the stars were also dressed to impress.

Ortega stepped out on the purple carpet in gothic glamour, wearing a translucent cream latex gown with snake skin detailing.

The star, styled by Enrique Melendez -- who posted various angles of the look on his Instagram story, including a photo of himself holding up Ortega's train while she signed autographs for fans -- wore her hair loosely pulled back in a long, low ponytail, completing the look with dark lipstick and bleached eyebrows.

Zeta-Jones channeled a classic Morticia Addams look in a dramatic black Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture gown with a keyhole halter silhouette, cascading ruffles and a thigh-high slit.
As for the accessories, Zeta-Jones adorned her ears with the glistening Yeprem Golden Strada Clip Earrings, featuring 4.39 carats of marquise and round brilliant-cut diamonds, coupled with another pair of Yeprem Golden Strada earrings with 3.76 carats of round, marquise and pear brilliant-cut diamonds. She completed the look with a Y-Not Stackable Ring with 2 carats of brilliant-cut marquise and round diamonds.
The official trailer for the second season shows Wednesday Addams returning to Nevermore Academy, where she has a psychic vision and learns her best friend and roommate, Enid -- played by Emma Myers -- will die.
Worse, Wednesday sees that she will somehow be responsible for the death.
\"Secrets are the bedrock of the Addams family,\" Wednesday says in the trailer. \"The sooner I can get the answers, the sooner I can save Enid -- or die trying.\"

Wednesday's turn saving Nevermore from a Hyde in season 1 has also made her extremely popular. When she first arrives back at school, a fellow student asks for her autograph.
\"I only sign my name in blood,\" Wednesday says in response.

In addition to Ortega, Zeta-Jones, Guzmán, and Myers, season 2 also stars Steve Buscemi, Hunter Doohan, Christina Ricci and Billie Piper.
Lady Gaga, Thandiwe Newton, Haley Joel Osment, Heather Matarazzo, Joonas Suotamo, Fred Armisen and Christopher Lloyd are guest stars this season.
