Chilling images of UPS plane breaking up before deadly crash released by NTSB

Horrifying frame-by-frame images show the left engine breaking off a UPS cargo plane wing seconds after takeoff on Nov. 5 before exploding into a massive fireball. The crash killed 14 people.
