Gunman pleads guilty in shocking Minnesota assassination of state leader, husband

One year after the murders of Minnesota State Speaker Melissa Hortman, and her husband, gunman Vance Boelter pleaded guilty to murder and stalking in a deal to avoid the death penalty.
