Jackson county DA will send Nolan Wells case to grand jury

The Jackson County District Attorney’s office will present evidence in the death of Nolan Wells to a grand jury, attorney Ben Crump announced Wednesday. The grand jury will decide if there is enough evidence to formally charge any individuals for alleged involvement in Wells’ death.
