Teen speaks out after surviving rare barracuda attack

A young girl is recovering after being bitten by a barracuda in Turks and Caicos. The American teen was on vacation to celebrate her birthday when she was attacked. The barracuda severed multiple tendons in her left hand, requiring surgery.
