Preliminary report on passenger nearly sucked out of Ryanair plane released

A jet window damaged by multiple fan blades that broke off an engine – possibly caused by a bird strike – could be the reason behind why a Ryanair passenger was partially sucked out of the plane, according to the NTSB’s newly-released preliminary report.
