NJ becomes first state to ask SCOTUS to shutter prediction markets in the state

NJ filed a petition asking the Supreme Court to shut down prediction markets in the state, which is the first time the legality of prediction markets has been brought to SCOTUS. SCOTUS will decide later this fall if they will hear the case.
