Man shot by ICE in Texas speaks out, says bullet is still in him

A Venezuelan migrant who was shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer in Austin, Texas, spoke out on Monday from a federal detention facility, saying he is in a lot of pain and still has a bullet lodged near his spine. ABC News' Pierre Thomas reports.
