Nor'easter waves sweep seawater toward North Carolina beachfront properties

Seawater flowed into a beachfront neighborhood in Rodanthe, North Carolina, as a developing coastal storm brought flooding to the area on Thursday. Rounds of rain and wind will begin Friday night and last through the weekend from the Mid-Atlantic to New England.
