Lindsay Clancy retrial in question

Prosecutors in the Lindsay Clancy murder case did not explicitly say whether they intend to retry the case in the first hearing since a mistrial was declared. They are due back in court on Nov. 2 to discuss motions presented by defense attorney Kevin Reddington.
