Tennessee governor speaks after death row inmate appears to survive execution attempt

Tennessee Governor Mike Lee spoke after he ordered an investigation and a temporary halt to scheduled executions after Christa Pike, the only woman on the state's death row, appeared to still be breathing and was sent to a nearby hospital in an unknown condition after an attempted execution.
