President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney both quieted their campaign apparatuses Friday in the immediate aftermath of the movie theater shooting in Aurora, Colorado. But Romney said Monday that his campaign is ready to proceed. "I think we are, but we're starting also with a level of thoughtfulness and seriousness that I think is appropriate in the aftermath of a tragedy of this nature," Romney said when asked during an interview on CNBC if his campaign had "restarted."
